About the position Responsibilities • Engage with senior business leaders to understand long-term strategic challenges. • Develop and deliver change management plans and achieve outcomes that support the organization's overall strategy. • Develop a comprehensive policy framework for a significant area of the business and oversee its implementation. • Provide integrated, long-term solutions and strategies for a significant area of responsibility. • Develop strategic solutions to long-term business needs by anticipating complex issues, challenges, and opportunities. • Act as the practice lead to define and develop the standard of excellent practice. • Communicate the function's strategy and its relationship to the organization's mission, vision, and values. • Identify the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs of a significant business area. • Take responsibility for developing and delivering a major part of the organization's product development program. • Set strategic direction and develop policies, methods, and procedures for bid solicitation and tender analysis. Requirements • Master's or PhD in Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, and/or machine learning, with proven success in value-based initiatives. • Expertise in consulting with private and public clients to unpack/define needs and performance measures. • Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and modern data platforms (cloud, big data, IoT). • Ability to direct and apply the use of analytics tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL) and cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure). • Expertise with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau). • Expertise with the branches of AI, including ML, NLP, Computer Vision, Robotics, and Expert Systems preferred. • Experience with CRM analytics, pricing optimization, and sales enablement tools preferred. • Certifications in AI, data strategy, or digital transformation preferred. • Experience implementing enterprise-level data platforms and analytics governance frameworks preferred.
