AI Specialist / Consultant
We’re seeking someone with deep hands-on expertise in Databricks, machine learning pipelines, model training, and fine-tuning. You’ll help clean and structure large datasets, implement ML workflows, and optimize models used within math-heavy application dashboards, predictive systems, and conversational AI products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving hard problems, translating ambiguous requirements into working ML systems, and collaborating with a tight-knit development team. Requirements - Strong experience with Databricks, MLflow, and distributed data processing - Hands-on expertise in machine learning, LLM fine-tuning, and data engineering - Solid understanding of statistical methods and math-heavy applications - Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.) - Experience deploying models into real-world applications (dashboards, APIs, chat interfaces) - Ability to work collaboratively with software engineers and product teams - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to Have - Experience with RAG systems or vector databases - Familiarity with multi-agent systems - Background in analytics, finance, or other quantitatively driven fields - Prior consulting experience Apply tot his job
