Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar role preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems. Additional Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
