This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Alaska (USA) Job Description... $3000 Sign-On Bonus offered. Not applicable to internal employees. To be eligible you must be hired by AT&T for the Juneau location. AT&T reserves the right, at its discretion, to pay your bonus payments after 90-days of your first date of employment and the second payment after you complete 180 days of employment. Your receipt of these bonus payouts are contingent upon your agreement with the terms set forth under Agreement for Repayment of Sign On Bonus and in general, provides that you will repay the bonus if you voluntarily terminate your employment within 12 months of the first day of your employment. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities youll manage the sales performance of a kiosk inside of a National Retailer and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services and technology. In this role, youll partner with an area manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of the kiosk. From managing the kiosk merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, youll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. Our most successful Wireless Ambassadors have: Excellent communication and leadership skills Comfortable working independently Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry Prior management experience Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends The ability to collaborate with others Additional requirements include: Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
