Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with the automation systems during shows or performances. Collaborate with technical and creative teams to program and execute precise and dynamic movements for rides and performances. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and cast members. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy while operating the automation systems. Continuously monitor and adjust automation systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operation and execution of shows and attractions. Stay updated on the latest technology and techniques in automation systems to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. Train and mentor new automation operators on operating procedures and protocols. Uphold the values and standards of The Walt Disney Company while providing exceptional guest experiences.
