AWS Solution Architect Mock Interviewer Needed
Job Description I’m preparing for an AWS Solution Architect interview and am looking for a current or former AWS employee (Solution Architect / Senior SA / Principal SA) to conduct realistic mock interviews. The goal is to simulate the actual AWS interview process, including technical depth, architecture thinking, and behavioral leadership principles. Scope of Work Conduct 5 mock interview rounds, each ~45–60 minutes Interview format aligned with AWS interview loop, including: System Design / Architecture Deep-dive Technical (Cloud, Networking, Security, Data) Customer Obsession & Leadership Principles Scenario-based Architecture Decisions Bar Raiser–style behavioral interview Provide direct, actionable feedback after each round: Strengths Gaps Areas to improve Sample better answers Required Qualifications Current or former AWS employee Held role as: Solution Architect Senior / Principal Solution Architect Strong familiarity with: AWS Well-Architected Framework Real AWS interview structure & expectations Leadership Principles evaluation Nice to Have Experience interviewing candidates at AWS Experience as Bar Raiser or shadow interviewer Prior mock interview / coaching experience Deliverables 5 mock interview sessions Honest, high-signal feedback Interview readiness assessment at the end Apply tot his job
