Job Description We are looking for a Finance-focused Business Analyst to join Experian Automotive. You will play a critical part in delivering business insights, enhancing reporting, and streamlining primary business intelligence. You will be data-driven, and partner to guide important decisions, track performance, and improve process. You will rerport to Product Management VP. You’ll have opportunity to: Establish, maintain, and track measurements to measure business and financial performance. Support forecast cycles by gathering inputs, validating assumptions, and building reporting that highlights risks and opportunities. Develop dashboards tools that deliver clear, applicable insights to business leaders. Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts to improve recurring reporting and forecasting processes. Conduct ad hoc business and financial analysis, providing recommendations that support decision-making. Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Technology partners to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting and data usage. Document finance processes and reporting standards to ensure scalability and continuous improvement. Use tools such as Excel (can perform complex functions) , Power BI, AWS, Tableau, and Oracle to enhance reporting solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 7+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, finance, business analysis, or a similar environment. Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, AWS, or financial and statistical oriented software. Experience with continuous improvement and process efficiency. Experience developing analyses using large datasets. Additional Information This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available. This is a remote position.
