Job Responsibilities Analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Apply statistical methods and data mining techniques to solve complex business problems. Design and implement data models and relational databases. Ensure data quality and accuracy through data cleansing and validation. Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies. Key Duties Intermediate Level (Professional 2): Utilize strong BI principles to analyze data, propose solutions to business challenges, and provide data-informed recommendations. Senior Level (Professional 3): Serve as a subject matter expert in enterprise intelligence, applying advanced analytical skills to solve ambiguous challenges, make strategic decisions, and drive impactful change across the company. Qualifications Required 2+ years of analytical experience in a related field. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience. Proficiency in enterprise intelligence functions, including analytics, data mining, reporting, data cleansing, data modeling, and relational databases. Advanced SQL skills. Experience working with disparate data assets and data blending. Strong dashboard design, charting, and data automation skills. Experience with statistical concepts and probability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset and commitment to continuous learning. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Minimum age of 18. Senior Level Requirements 4+ years of analytical experience in a related field. Advanced experience with data assets, data blending, and database management systems. Expertise in data visualization techniques and experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI. Modeling skills in cluster analysis and linear regression. Experience with descriptive and diagnostic data analysis, sampling methodologies, and hypothesis testing. Demonstrated experience with project management.
