As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class support to Apple customers. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone or chat. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates who are passionate about technology and excellent communication skills. You'll have the chance to work with a variety of products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and more. Key Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Apple customers • Provide exceptional customer service via phone or chat • Work collaboratively with a team of advisors to achieve shared goals • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information • Meet performance metrics and quality standards Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: • A quiet home workspace with reliable internet access • A strong passion for customer service and technology • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Availability to work 20 hours per week during the school year • Ability to commit to five weeks of full-time training Apply Job!
