Customer Service/Sales
Job Description: Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance. They learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project. These associates must greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in their department, handle basic tasks in adjacent departments, and maintain assigned areas' in-stock condition. Each associate is responsible for providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, correcting hazards & unsafe conditions, or reporting them to the Manager on Duty. Associates work with their Department Supervisor and other colleagues in various departments like Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Customer Service/Sales roles may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist. Apply tot his job
