Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Consultant to join our telecom services division. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high-quality service standards we pride ourselves on. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot technical concerns, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience.
