LiquiDonate is hiring a part-time, contract-based specialist ($25/hr) to coordinate communication and shipping logistics for our nonprofit partners, ensuring surplus retail inventory is successfully delivered rather than wasted. Description Role Overview LiquiDonate connects surplus goods from businesses to a network of over 4,000 nonprofit partners across the U.S. and Canada. As we continue to grow, maintaining a high level of service and strong relationships with these organizations is essential. We’re looking for a Donations Logistics Communications Specialist to help us ensure every nonprofit has a smooth experience using the LiquiDonate platform. This part-time contract role (30 hours per week) will play a key role in supporting nonprofit partners, ensuring donation details are complete, and helping facilitate successful deliveries from start to finish. What You’ll Do • Communicate with nonprofits via email and phone to confirm donation details, collect receipts and signatures, and ensure timely follow-up. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date nonprofit account information in our system. • Track and resolve shipping or carrier issues by liaising directly with logistics partners. • Support outreach efforts for nonprofit onboarding and platform registration. • Assist with smaller projects such as identifying potential new nonprofit partners or helping with survey communications. • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Director of Circularity to maintain exceptional service and support for our nonprofit community. Qualifications • Customer service/success experience or UX experience • Comfort with email and phone communication • Past experience managing deliveries or appointments • Past experience working with non-profit (ideal) • Highly organized, able to keep track of multiple open items at the same time • Fluent in English Compensation • $25/hour, contract • Expected 30 hours per week Application Process Please complete the application form or email a cover letter and resume to [email protected] Salary $25 - $25 per hour Apply tot his job
