Equities Researcher

## Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth fundamental research on the blockchain ecosystem and digital assets, including sector analysis and company/protocol deep dives. Build and update detailed financial and valuation models for crypto firms and token projects (e.g. revenue forecasts, DCFs, token comparables). Author and publish investor‑facing research content – such as equity reports, market notes, blog posts or newsletters – covering sector themes, company initiations, earnings, and market commentary. Identify and articulate high‑conviction investment ideas and themes (often contrarian) across digital asset markets; deliver timely thought-leadership analyses and commentary on macro and crypto trends. Develop analytical tools and processes, leveraging on‑chain and off‑chain data, to assess token utility, network usage and risk (e.g. on‑chain metrics, protocol health, trading flows). Engage regularly with industry experts, company management and investor relations contacts to gather insights and validate assumptions. ## What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus. 2–5 years of professional experience in investment research, equity analysis, investment banking or asset management. Passion for digital assets and blockchain: demonstrable knowledge of crypto markets and technology. Candidates with prior fintech or crypto coverage (on the buy‑ or sell‑side) are highly desired.
