Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues associated with streaming, playback, and other Netflix features. Billing and Invoices: Address customer billing concerns, process refunds, and assist with price-related inquiries. Service Recommendations: Recommend and provide information about Netflix shows, movies, and features based on customer preferences and viewing history.
