As a key member of our inbound call center, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our child support client stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. If you're a motivated, client-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving and responding to inbound calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations * Categorizing all calls received in one of the provided categories * Recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls * Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures * Possessing strong oral and written communication skills * Being knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment * Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy * Performing other duties as assigned **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least one year of prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field * Equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the position duties * Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad * Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM (a typing test will be administered during the interview process) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office * Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred) **Virtual Work Requirements** To qualify for this remote work opportunity, you'll need: * A quiet and distraction-free workspace in your home * Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber) * A smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication **Training and Support** Our self-directed training program allows you to learn at your own pace, with periodic meetings with your supervisor to discuss your progress, address any questions, and receive guidance.
