Your key responsibilities will include: * **Work planning support:** Collaborate with the Body Shop to plan and coordinate work activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources. * **Client communication and coordination:** Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * **Vehicle appearance arrangement:** Work with the Body Shop to arrange for vehicle appearance, including twist and CCC organization appearance. * **Rental coordination and hand off:** Coordinate with clients to arrange for vehicle rentals and ensure smooth hand-offs. * **Material and supplies reordering:** Reorder materials and supplies as needed to support vehicle repair and maintenance. * **Fix survey and conveyance:** Conduct surveys to ensure vehicle repairs meet quality standards and arrange for conveyance to clients. **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications: * **Bachelor's Degree in Crash Fix or related field:** A degree in Crash Fix or a related field is preferred, but not required. * **Excellent written and verbal communication skills:** You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both in writing and verbally. * **Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment:** You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and must be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. * **Microsoft Office experience:** Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred, but not required. * **Ability to train others:** You should be able to train and mentor colleagues as needed. * **Comfortable working in a crash shop environment:** You must be comfortable working in a crash shop environment, which can be physically demanding and stressful at times. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive work environment that fosters growth, creativity, and collaboration.
