With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for innovation, we are dedicated to building a community of engaged and motivated individuals who share our vision. **Responsibilities** As a customer service representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews * Completing written and oral instructions to ensure a smooth and engaging discussion * Completing written surveys provided for each panel to gather valuable feedback * MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to the meeting date * Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a timely and efficient experience **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop * Must have access to a reliable internet connection * Desire to fully participate in one or several of the topics listed below * Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions * No experience required, but must be able to work independently **Experience** While experience is not required, we are looking for individuals who are motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently. If you have previous experience in customer service, market research, or product testing, that's a plus!
