You will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in resolving customer complaints and providing timely solutions. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, video chat, or other means of communication as appropriate, ensuring prompt and professional service. Support customers by troubleshooting problems and finding solutions, utilizing your excellent knowledge of our products/services and industry trends. Assure that all conversations are handled in a tactful yet assertive manner, providing friendly service while maintaining accountability for the quality of work. Document all communications on the appropriate channels (CRM system) as required, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Maintain excellent knowledge of all blithequark products/services and industry trends to accurately answer questions about products/services and provide pertinent information about competitors. Maintain excellent knowledge of how to use CRM software, ensuring efficient and effective use of our systems. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Must have a laptop or PC; if you do not have one, we have resources to help you get started. Must have an ethernet internet connection, ensuring reliable and stable connectivity. Must be able to pass a background check, demonstrating your integrity and trustworthiness. Essential Qualifications: In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
