As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering outstanding service and making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Registering customer transactions on the sales register, collecting cash, and processing returns, exchanges, and other transactions * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing inventory * Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays * Assisting with the separation of food items and product placement as determined by strategies and systems * Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services and banner printing * Taking on web order responsibilities, including processing orders and delivering packages to customers * Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to all company policies and procedures **Client Experience** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable customer experience.
