Your responsibilities will include: * Developing in-depth knowledge of applicable software tools, including Bswift * Creating and configuring low to moderate complexity new and existing customer websites using third-party software * Troubleshooting routine issues and providing basic support to assigned customers * Collaborating with senior analysts and other teams to quality-check configured software and ensure proper functioning * Following established SOPs and executing assigned duties with precision and attention to detail * Providing routine direct daily support to assigned customers and/or customers as directed * Learning health and benefits products, services, and tools to configure and test software tools effectively * Committing to assist with achieving or exceeding internal and external performance standards * Participating in customer meetings, as requested * Following department guidelines, policies, and procedures, including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing * Determining a course of personal and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge * Performing all other duties as assigned **What You'll Need:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * **Minimum Education Required:** Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience * **Proficient with MS Office Suite:** You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * **Experience working with database applications:** Familiarity with database applications and ability to learn new systems quickly * **Exceptional telephone demeanor:** Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers at all levels * **BSwift Experience:** Previous experience with Bswift is highly desirable * **Strong interpersonal skills:** Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * **Attention to detail:** High level of attention to detail and ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product * **Ability to maintain confidentiality:** Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations **Preferred Qualifications:** * **1-2 years of experience in an office environment:** Previous experience in the insurance, human resources, or financial sector is highly desirable **Pay Range:** The pay range for this role is $26.44 - $31.25 hourly.
