Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues via chat and email through our support ticketing system Becoming a technical expert across our product and adjacent technologies, such as SSO, Salesforce, and Slack Collaborating with product and engineering teams to escalate high-priority issues and trends, driving continuous improvement and informing the product roadmap Working in a fast-paced environment, maintaining multiple live chat conversations, navigating computer systems, and taking notes while ensuring timely and effective issue resolution Providing exceptional customer service, communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, and demonstrating empathy and diligence in resolving customer problems Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2-4 years of experience in a support-related role for a software product, with a focus on enterprise SaaS Strong technical and written skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to customers Experience with support ticketing systems, such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Salesforce Ability to multitask, perform well in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail Process-driven approach, with a focus on meeting SLA response times and ensuring customer satisfaction Empathy for customers, passion for the startup experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment Familiarity with SaaS products and technologies, such as learning management systems or customer success platforms Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support and success Certifications or training in customer support, technical writing, or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to demonstrate: Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
