This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements * Perform manual identification of different types of forms (MEDI) * Classify documents based on client's requirements * Work on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines * Ability to problem solve, self-guided * Comply with company policies and standards * Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives * Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of experience in a working environment * Ability to demonstrate basic PC/Internet skills * Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel) * Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time * Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated * Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment * Great customer service and excellent organizational skills * Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in data entry or a related field * Experience working in a remote environment * Knowledge of data entry software and systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to problem solve and think critically * Knowledge of data entry software and systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development.
