As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately keying data into our system, meeting month-end deadlines, and working with vendors to resolve discrepancies. You'll be an individual contributor, working independently to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our data. If you're a detail-oriented, self-sufficient individual with excellent keyboarding skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Independently responsible for accurately keying data into work orders into our system * Meet or exceed weekly targets * Work with vendors when required information is missing * Audit invoices and dispute unnecessary or unreasonable charges * Track cost savings * Communicate with Customer Service Managers * Participate in special projects as assigned * Other duties as assigned **Requirements** * Associates Degree preferred but collegiate experience not required * Excellent keyboarding skills and accuracy * Good organizational skills * Working knowledge of Excel and Word expected * Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred * Working knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment preferred **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
