Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. Follow communication guidelines and policies to maintain arenaflex's high standards. Collaborate with the team to improve processes and the overall customer experience. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications and software. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
