We're committed to building each other up and fostering a culture of excellence, where every team member feels valued and empowered to succeed. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through: * Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, with a focus on multitasking and task prioritization * Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * A high level of comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results * A minimum of 18 years of age, with a reliable internet connection (35 mb/s or faster) and a personal laptop or desktop computer **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and practices, are highly valued.
