The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full stack development, with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flask. Experience with OpenAI and function-calling is a must, as is the ability to design and implement a structured payload that renders responsive property cards. **Key Responsibilities** * Properly handle OpenAI function calls in our backend to retrieve real-time listings from our API * Design and implement a structured payload that renders responsive property cards, including images, price, specs, and CTA * Optimize the mobile UX of the chat widget to provide a seamless user experience * Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve issues with the current pipeline * Develop and implement a new pipeline that provides better results and renders property cards in the chat **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flask * Experience with OpenAI and function-calling, including examples of successful implementations * Strong understanding of backend development and API design * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams * Strong communication and project management skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Anthropic and other AI platforms * Strong understanding of mobile UX design and development * Experience with property listing APIs and real estate data * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems **Skills and Competencies** * Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flask * Experience with OpenAI and function-calling * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams * Strong communication and project management skills * Ability to design and implement a structured payload that renders responsive property cards * Experience with mobile UX design and development **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
