With our balanced high-tech and high-touch approach, you will have the opportunity to grow and challenge yourself, discovering your potential and taking your career to new heights. **Responsibilities** Your responsibilities will include: * Fielding inbound calls from medical professionals, using medical terminology to request and verify benefits * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful * Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers * Providing support for Health Care Providers * Researching benefit information * Handling situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research * Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
