Serve as blithequark's frontline team, helping to reunite pets with their owners and delivering a positive customer experience. Manage inbound calls efficiently, adhering to daily schedules and meeting performance goals. What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your foundational education. A quiet and dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and interruptions.
