**Experienced Night Shift Customer Service Agent – Remote Trip Assignment Specialist**

You'll be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers, coordinating evening trips, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. If you're a night owl with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include: * Assigning trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night) * Building dispatchers' daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration * Determining which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member * Stacking trips to contracted Care Partners * Answering inbound calls from members during evening hours * Coordinating evening trips as they come in * Assisting with Care Partner-related administrative tasks such as payment processing * Assisting with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation * Healthcare experience preferred * Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in using Health-E Rides and Zendesk systems * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a customer-facing role * Knowledge of non-emergency medical transportation services * Familiarity with Health-E Rides and Zendesk systems * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in using Health-E Rides and Zendesk systems * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
