Our representatives enjoy some of the highest commissions in the industry, with earnings ranging from $83,000 to $450,000 in 2022. We're looking for driven individuals who are eager to earn up to $200,000 per year and are willing to put in the effort required to achieve success. Key Responsibilities Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and how it can save them money Work alongside top sales producers and learn from their experiences Prospect for qualified leads, including self-generated and referral appointments Run preset company-provided leads and update records in our CRM Utilize our comprehensive sales support tools, including proposals and designs in real-time Close deals and sign documents with customers Manage accounts and analyze customer savings, informing them of available federal and local credits Participate in weekly Zoom conference calls to stay aligned with team goals and objectives Qualifications and Requirements We're seeking individuals with a winning attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and follow our proven systems. While prior solar or sales experience is a plus, it's not required.
