As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving incoming calls, emails, and live chats for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 type questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with using a product * Providing medium to light tech support to assist callers with password resets or locating purchased items via client site * Recommending additional products and services based on customer need and request * Recommending system improvements based on knowledge of system issues * Adhering to our 3 A's: Attendance, Attitude, and Aptitude **What We're Looking For** * Seasoned remote contact center agents with previous experience in providing end-user phone and email support in a remote contact center environment * Proven ability to deliver comprehensive, extremely high-quality, personalized customer service * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen actively to sensitive information * Ability to operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven contact center environment * Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to meet strong production deadlines * Experience with InContact, Zendesk, Slack is beneficial but not required * Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities * Strong "phone voice" with proper diction and the ability to "hear you smile" **Requirements** * Dedicated remote working space with no background noise * Ability to run CHROME browser with VPN connection with no less than 10mbps internet download speeds and a compatible hotspot should internet outages occur * Own dual monitors and noise-cancelling headset * High ethical standard of confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of our clients' information * Ability to pass ongoing strict Federal, State, County/City Background Investigations **What We Offer** * Paid training * Part-time schedule (12:00pm - 5:00pm EST, Monday-Friday) * 20-25 hours per week * $17.00 per hour * On-the-job training * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Work from home * Opportunity for advancement and non-phone time tasks * Average employee tenure of 14 years **Join Our Team Today!** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
