The Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team is a central hub for data-driven decision making, and the DTOA crew is dedicated to optimizing digital and contact center channels. As a Performance Data Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of the industry. Key Responsibilities Performance Analytics and Forecasting Conduct forecasting, ad hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions Monitor agent performance, identify areas for further research, and own analyses from start to finish Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data Present and communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to process various programs Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines Measurement and Analytics Leverage multiple reporting platforms and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports Monitor data quality and report accuracy; escalate if needed Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results Apply innovative analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights Stay up-to-date with the latest data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques Proactive attention to understand the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment Experience with SQL and R or Python Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Solid understanding of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python Ability to quickly adapt and learn new applications and skills Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.
