About the Role: Driving Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction As a Sales Representative at Saval Foods LLC, you'll be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You'll work closely with our team-based selling model, sharing market and product knowledge with customers, and leveraging resources to penetrate current accounts and grow sales. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with current customers in a team-based selling model, ensuring exceptional service and support. New Business Development: Identify prospective customers that fit our model of supporting the independent restaurant and hospitality community, and develop strategies to win new business. Market and Product Knowledge: Share market and product knowledge with customers, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. Sales Growth: Leverage resources to assist with penetrating current accounts, and utilize brokers and other resources provided by the company for samplings and product cuttings to help grow sales. Accounts Receivable: Communicate and collect accounts receivable as needed, and work closely with the credit department to collect all balances due. Competitive Analysis: Learn how to sell against competitor items, and share that information with prospects and customers. Qualifications: What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: B2B Sales Experience: A background in B2B sales or culinary/restaurant management is preferred. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to think and react quickly. Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills: Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a "think outside the box" mentality. Active Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role. High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred Qualifications: Foodservice Industry Experience: Experience in the foodservice industry is highly valued. Sales and Marketing Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
