Job title: Front Desk/Payroll Clerk Company: Heichel Plumbing Job description: Description: Entry level position. Greet visitors, and answer phones. Collects timekeeping information of employees, data entry on payroll software and accurately process pay according to the hours worked. Manage any employee complaints and questions regarding payroll and investigate and resolve any errors in payroll in a timely manner. Responsibilities for Payroll Clerk • Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. • Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers. • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. • Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests. • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential. • Maintain accurate records of payments made to employees. • Liaise with the HR department and accounts department to ensure accurate information for payment. • Utilize computer software for data entry and accounts management. • Files relevant reports and documents as needed. • Verifies employee records and consult departments in the event of a discrepancy • Assist HR Manager with recruiting tasks such as: • calling candidates • scheduling interviews • data entry onboarding information • data entry benefits Requirements: • Proven experience working as a payroll clerk in a fast-paced organization • Highly proficient in computer skills and technology • Accurate and meticulous in data entry • Strong clerical, administrative and general office skills • Exceptional calculation and memory skills • Good organizational and time-management skills • Interpersonal skills • Must be bilingual (English-Spanish) Familiarity with widely used computer programs such as Microsoft Office PM20 PM21 PI213949468 Expected salary: Location: Orlando, FL Apply for the job now!
