Full Stack .NET C# Developer

As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our technology team and looking for a skilled Full Stack .NET C# Developer to help modernize our systems, shape the future of patient-centered healthcare, and have an impact on the lives of our patients. SUMMARY In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and C#. You will contribute to projects across the full software development lifecycle, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure software that meets business and user needs. Experience with modern front-end frameworks, REST APIs, and cloud platforms will greatly enhance your success in this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET technologies and C# • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services • Develop efficient data models using Entity Framework Core and write optimized SQL queries for relational databases like SQL Server • Enhance, maintain and support applications that utilize Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Azure SQL) as well as on-premises infrastructure • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security best practices • Participate in architecture and design discussions, providing input on technology choices • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects across the stack • Assist with code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes • Stay current with technology trends and emerging tools relevant to .NET development • Follow best practices to write testable, maintainable, and well-documented code • Work closely with fellow developers and business partners to deliver secure, scalable solutions • Support continuous integration and delivery efforts using tools like GitHub Actions • Investigate and resolve performance issues, bugs, and bottlenecks in existing systems Qualifications/Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack .NET development with C# • Strong knowledge of ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, and proficiency with Entity Framework Core • Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, with some hands-on experience in React or similar frameworks • Strong command of SQL, including complex query writing and optimization • Solid understanding and experience in RESTful API design and implementation with ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and microservices architecture • Knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOP), and clean coding standards • Strong proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams Preferred • Exposure to Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Functions • Familiarity with OData, microservices, and distributed systems concepts • Experience writing unit tests (e.g., NUnit, MSTest) • Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers • Familiarity with mobile-responsive design principles and accessibility standards • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, especially using GitHub Actions • Interest or experience in DevOps practices and automation All Full Time employees are eligible for the following benefits: * Medical / Pharmacy * Dental * Vision * Voluntary benefits * 401k with employer match * Virtual Care * Life Insurance * Voluntary Benefits * PTO All Part Time employees are eligible for the following benefits: * 401k with employer match * PTO Apply tot his job
