Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on site, earthwork, utilities, drainage, asphalt paving, or structural concrete. • Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards. • Proficiency in estimating software and blueprint interpretation.
