Duties
? Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
? Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
? Utilize phone systems to manage communications effectively.
? Prepare and manage documents using DocuSign and other digital platforms.
? Organize and maintain office files and records in an orderly manner.
? Assist with event planning, including logistics coordination and vendor communication.
? Demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaboration.
? Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
? Maintain a high level of computer literacy to navigate various software applications efficiently.
Experience
? Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
? Familiarity with office procedures and practices is essential.
? Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
? Experience with event planning is a plus but not mandatory.
? Proficiency in using phone systems and various office software applications is required.
? Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail are crucial for success in this position.
