? You'll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems.
? Using tools like JIRA, Atlassian and confluence , you'll strengthen sustainable process improvements.
? In this role, you'll directly impact law enforcement by providing real-time data that drives changes in field operations.
? This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum software development, IT project management, and tactical planning.

Requirements: ? 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a preference for around 10 years of overall experience. ? Proven experience in agile development and implementation. ? Strong coaching and training skills in agile... methodologies. ? Versatile experience as a Scrum Master across multiple companies and projects (data, application, infrastructure, etc.). ? Proficiency with the Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, Jira Align). ? Scrum Master certification (any recognized certification is acceptable). ? US and Canada resident only.
