? Active Adjuster Insurance License
? Customer service experience preferred
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Logical problem-solving abilities
? Ability to type at least 25 wpm
? Proficient in using desktop computer systems
? Organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities
? Connect with customers via phone to file/document claims for accidents
? Assist customers with vehicle repairs and rental car arrangements
? Communicate with medical providers and insurance entities regarding claims
? De-escalate and resolve customer issues as necessary
? Track all relevant call information for auditing purposes

Qualifications
? Must possess an active Adjuster Insurance License
? Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
? Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
? Must be over 18 years of age
? High School Graduate or GED
? Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
