Customer Service Representative Needed (Mac Required)
Are you detail-oriented, resourceful, and ready to make an impact? We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, high-growth team. This is a remote position with required availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours, ensuring seamless support for our customers.
Key Responsibilities...
? Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via multiple communication channels.
? Provide clear, comprehensive information on our services, addressing questions with accuracy and empathy.
? Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring every interaction upholds our high standards of service quality.
? Capture and manage quality control details to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Tools:
? Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
? Proficiency with Mac computers.
? Experience using Slack, Google Drive, Notion, Real VNC, and working with PDFs.
? Familiarity with reading and interpreting measurements.
? Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
? A MacBook is required for this role.
? Availability to work EST hours.
