What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Efficiently manage and organize the inbox
? Send invoices, track payments, and make payments
? Coordinate and manage schedules, schedule appointments, meetings, etc.
? Capture social media metrics from clients and schedule social media
? Organize to-do lists, prep for meetings, research, and perform other tasks as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant is a plus
? Intuitively organized with a keen eye for detail
? Excellent command of English with good grammar skills
? Strong communication skills and detail-oriented
? Availability for a minimum of 8 hours per week, with the potential for increased availability
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Familiarity with GoogleSuite
? Experience working independently as an independent contractor
? Ability to work during regular office hours on Pacific Time Zone
