Administrative Specialist (Remote) - Provost Service Center

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and two years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications: ? PeopleSoft FMS ? Experience with purchasing, invoicing, or vendor communications. ? Exceptional organization and times management skills. ? Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

To provide professional and administrative coordination of human resource and financial management activities.

Job Duties:
? Responsible for providing timely status updates.
? Serve as liaison to staff in other entity processing units and other support areas.
? Interacts with customer toward effective problem resolution and assists with questions regarding policies, procedures, and operations of the entity.
? Identifies operation problems and implements changes to provide solutions.
? Adheres to internal controls established for department.

Salary Range:
Commensurate with experience.
