What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Perform site updates as required with 95% accuracy
• Identify, triage, and resolve reported incidents across major platforms
• Train end-users on resolution steps and implement change requests on websites
• Communicate, plan, schedule, and manipulate data for metrics and program-related issues
• Analyze, review, measure, and report on Service Level Performance against SLAs

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of military active duty, or relevant experience
• Proficiency with HTML and experience with WordPress
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust and Security+ or Network+
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Service Delivery / Incident Management Process

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with image editing software, Adobe product suite a plus
