Responsibilities
? Support DX Health Services by summarizing and analyzing data from multiple health systems.

? Gather and present trends and insights for Health Services leadership.

? Analyze data from various sources using statistical models.

? Perform collection and analysis of data through observations, interviews, and surveys.
,
? Produce visuals to effectively communicate study findings to business leaders.
,
? Complete system audits and reporting.
,
? Create reporting and financial models.
,
? Contribute to planning detailed studies of population health issues.
,
? Evaluate effectiveness of health interventions.
,
? Participate in program planning and monitor program progress through data analysis.
,
? Develop and test hypotheses about cast member populations related to health.
,
? Provide data and consultation to internal and external parties.
,
? Establish positive relationships with cast members and stakeholders.
,
? Ensure continuous improvement on all facets of projects through innovation and meeting timelines.

? Support technology and systems for Cast Health Services.
Requirements
? Strong analytical skills.
,
? Experience with systems and tools including MySQL, MS Office (especially Excel and Access), and analytical/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, EpiInfo).

? Foundational skills in math and statistics.
,
? Interpersonal and communication skills (both speaking and writing).
,
? Ability to partner with multiple business areas.

? Flexibility to work and meet deadlines.

? Critical thinking skills.

? Detail-oriented.
