As a Customer Service Representative with The Michael Dougherty State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. ? Assist customers with policy changes and updates. ? Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. ? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: ? Communication and interpersonal skills. ? Detail-oriented and able to multitask. ? Previous customer service experience preferred. ? Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
