Pay Rate: $14/hr ? $16/Hr

Shift: 8am ? 5pm Mon ? Fri

Job Description:
? Provides support with miscellaneous projects, filing and research paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
? Provides warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders.
? Maintains excellent working relationship with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts. Etc. in a courteous and efficient manner.
? Report?s customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
? Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
? Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
? Track and Trace files and reporting
? Ensure arrival notices are communicated to customers
? Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards
? Deliver communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

? Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar role/ logistics field
? Interpersonal and customer service skills
? Analytical and problem-solving skills
? Multitasking and organizational skills
? Ability to answer a high volume of emails daily & work with a variety of systems
? Ability to share work among a customer service team
? Attentive to detail & Multi-tasker
? Excellent Time-management skills
? Bilingual a plus
? Fully proficient with various software applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
? Must be available to be flexible to work one Saturday a month
