Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Booking Assistance:
? Support clients in navigating booking processes for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
? Help coordinate itineraries that meet client schedules and budget preferences
? Confirm and review travel bookings and share detailed itineraries with clients

Administrative Support:
? Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments
? Process payments and assist with invoicing as needed
? Keep track of important travel updates, trends, and visa requirements to provide informed support
