Experience
? Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.

? Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
? Experience in client services or cash handling is beneficial but not mandatory.
