Key Responsibilities
? Organize and maintain data in spreadsheets and reports, utilizing Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy.
? Update and manage records, including inventory files and promotional performance reports.
? Provide support to the sales team by addressing customer inquiries, managing product catalogs, and assisting with promotions and budget planning.
? Prepare necessary export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
? Engage effectively with vendors, retailers, and internal teams to foster strong business relationships.
? Coordinate scheduling of meetings with vendors, contributing to ongoing partnerships.
? Handle general administrative tasks such as phone management, meeting room bookings, and minute-taking.
? Assist in corporate and client participation at distributor sales meetings, food shows, and other industry events.

Required Skills
? Strong communication and marketing acumen for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
? Proven ability to manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
? Detail-oriented and organized approach to administrative responsibilities.
? Experience in budgeting, planning, and bookkeeping with a solid grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

? High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
