As one of the nation?s largest legal staffing providers, Hire Counsel has an immediate opportunity for PA licensed attorneys with Plaintiff side Product Liability experience to work on a long-term remote document review.

Responsibilities Include:
? Reviewing lab reports, medical records, clinical cat scans for evidentiary significance
? Reviewing document productions; determining issues, responsiveness, or relevance
? Identification and analysis of ?hot documents? for use in depositions, trials and as exhibits to pleadings, motions, and memorandum
? Utilize Everlaw software for efficient review of documents

Project Details:
? Anticipated start date: Feb 10, 2025
? Estimated duration: 3 ? 4 months
? Hours: 40 hours per week
? Location: remote - working from home office
? Pay rate: $32 per hour

Qualifications: ? JD/LLM from a U.S. accredited law school ? Pennsylvania Bar admission, active and in good standing ? Plaintiff side, product liability experience ? Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records, lab reports, etc ? Prior experience with Everlaw or Relativity or other e-Discovery platforms required ? Reliable, highspeed internet access, dedicated office space & either a PC with Windows 10 or higher or a MAC with Mojave 10.14 or higher ? No concurrent document review permitted while working with Hire Counsel
